Western PA rapper Wocc$tar is back with new music for the fans. Formerly known as Yong Nate, the 412 upstart has taken on a new moniker after coming home from a 5 ½ year stint in prison. He drops his first single “Weezy” named after Braddock, PA hood legend.

I’ve just been working and waiting for my time, the whole time I was locked up. I’ve been doing this for too long and now I’m locked in and ready. Wocc$tar states “I’ve been ready my whole life, buy now’s the time to show myself that I can do this the RIGHT WAY”.

Pushing his #Champion Records movement and backed by label head Ron McCrae of Steel City Records, Wocc$tar has the muscle behind him to make sure that his music is heard in the local markets and across the world.
“I got something coming real soon, just songs and visuals with all my production and my team. I can’t say too much be we are just working on building more of a promotional buzz right now and then we are going to expand from there” Wocc$tar said.

Choosing to work with Skywalkabeatz, 808 mafia, Hussein, Slickaflair and Wanyoslaps as his producers and fans can expect that WoccStar has found his stride with his new music and sense of artistry.
